Rick Moonen's RM Seafood Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino 3950 Las Vegas Boulevard S. Las Vegas, Nevada	In 2010 split into two restaurants, the more casual RM downstairs and the finer dining RM Upstairs. RM Upstairs closed in 2013 and reformatted as Rx Boiler Room.
