Opened in 2012 as Chefs Club by Food & Wine, a collaboration between the St. Regis Aspen and Food & Wine magazine, in 2013 the concept was acquired by the St. Regis Aspen and became Chefs Club International.
A changing series of established and up-and-coming chefs who take the position of Resident Chef for an extended period of time. Check the Website to see who the current resident is.
The St. Regis Aspen collaborates with Food & Wine Magazine; chefs who have won the magazine's Best New Chef award create dishes for the seasonally changing menu. These dishes are prepared by the St. Regis kitchen. The inaugural four chefs were former Best New Chefs: George Mendes (2011); James Lewis (2011); Alex Seidel (2010); and Sue Zemanick (2008).
