  • Opened July 2016. Before that 108 operated as a pop-up at Noma starting January 20, 2016 while Noma moved their restaurant to Noma Australia in Sydney.
  • Mandated closure March to May 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Reopened in May and closed permanently September 30, 2020. Re-concepted and reopened as POPL Burger on December 3, 2020.
