The Pierre

• In July 2005 Taj Hotels took over from Four Seasons (1981-2005) as the lessee/operator of The Pierre.
• Closed January 2008 for second phase of $100 million renovation, reopened June 1, 2009.
• Café Pierre (1940-2008) closed and replaced by Le Caprice (October 2009); Two E bar (June 2009).
