Attached to Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute.
Opened in 2001 as Signatures, professionally staffed, also, Bistro Cordon Bleu staffed by culinary students. In November 2009 the two venues were combined into this facility.
The facility was closed from June to November 2009 to accommodate a restructuring. Previously there was the formal dining room Le Cordon Bleu Signatures with profesional staff and the more casual Bistro Cordon Bleu which was staffed mainly with students from the culinary academy. In November 2009 the two venues were melded into Le Cordon Bleu Bistro @ Signatures, staffed by a combination of professional and student staff.
