La Colombe d'Or Hotel

 

• The hotel is located in a 1923 mansion that was originally built for Humble oil co-founder Walter Fondren and his family. The property was purchased by Steve Zimmerman in 1979 and, after two years of renovations, La Colombe d'Or opened in 1981.
• Restaurant Cinq (2010-2019); Tonight & Tomorrow (2020)
• The hotel and restaurant closed in January 2019 for significant upgrades and is scheduled to reopen late 2020.
