One Fifth was to offer a succession of five different restaurant concepts over the 5 years after opening. From January to August 2017 it would be a steakhouse and would then be transformed into a restaurant featuring the food and wines of the Mediterranean for September 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018. It was anticipated the following year would emphasize seafood.
