• Space opened in 1930 as Eaton's Auditorium on the 7th floor of Eaton's College Street (now closed).
• A special events location: The Grand Foyer, The Concert Hall (old Eaton's Auditorium), The Round Room, The Sky Room, The Clipper Rooms.
• Carlu acquired by Oliver & Bonacini (O&B) in early 2015.
