Guillaume at Bennelong

• From 1973 when the Sydney Opera House opened until 2001 restaurant was known as Bennelong.
• Lease expired at end of 2013. Stokehouse was scheduled to replace it but a major fire at Stokehouse in St. Kilda in February 2014 required Stokehouse to abandon this Opera House project. In the fall 2014 the contract for the new restaurant was awarded to The Fink Group
