Built in 1917 as a fishermen's lodge. Purchased in late 1950s by Manka and Milan Prokupek who opened Manka's Inverness Lodge. In 1992 the property was purchased by Margaret Gradé and her brother Tom (See Los Angeles Magazine, February 1998 and Marin Independent Journal, December 28, 2006)
