  • The Park Hyatt site consists of two towers, the 17 storey south tower and the newer 14 storey north tower. After the 2017-2021 renovation the south tower (the original Park Plaza) became Two Avenue Road a rental building and the north tower remained as the Park Hyatt Toronto. The rooftop lounge in the south tower, after renovation, re-opened as Writers Room.
