Continued to work in restaurants in South Bay and ended up in Santa Cruz at Chaminade.
Executive Chef for over 25 years at Chaminade
Opened a restaurant in Japan “Simply Delicious” in Shinagawa, a California-meets-Japanese bistro
working as an instructor at Cabrillo College |
