Axe Santa Monica Boulevard (1990 - 1995) 1009 Abbot Kinney Boulevard (1999 - 2014) Los Angeles, California	Opened in Santa Monica in 1990 and closed for 3 months after the Northridge earthquake of January 1994. It reopened for 9 months and closed at this location in 1995. At the Venice location Axe was closed by fire August 2010, reopened July 27, 2011.
