Taku, Seattle (CLOSED): ChefDb: The Chef and Restaurant Database

Taku 706 East Pike Street Seattle, Washington	Taku opened March 10, 2020, 5 days before the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 resulted in the state imposed closure of in-door dining. Planning to reopen summer 2021. After a temporary closure in January 2025, permanent closure was announced in March 2025.
