Townsend 1623 East Passyunk Avenue (2014 - 2019) 2121 Walnut Street (2019 - 2021) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania	The Passyunk site reopened December 3, 2021 as Townsend EPX. The Walnut site (Townsend Rittenhouse) closed permanently during the pandemic. After reconfiguration this site opened as Oltremare on December 10, 2023.
