  • The Donovan Hotel is named after William J. Donovan (1883-1959) a lawyer and soldier who was the first head of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) during World War II, he ran the agency that was the direct precursor to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The restaurant name Zentan apparently means "spy" in Mandarin.
