Jumeirah Essex House 160 Central Park South New York, New York	Essex House was opened in 1931. Over the years there have been many owners and management groups. In January 2006 the Jumeirah Group acquired the property and invested US$90 million in a refurbishment. Reopened In September 2012 as JW Marriott Essex House.
