  • In January 2020 Chef Tufts was one of four chefs named as 2020 South Carolina Chef Ambassador. As part of their duties, the ambassadors represent South Carolina at special events, food festivals and media missions throughout the year. In January 2021 the term of the 2020 Ambassadors was extended to the end of 2021.
