  • In late 2016 it was expected that in 2017 Chef Kerridge would be taking over The Rib Room in the London hotel Jumeirah Carlton Tower, however, Jumeirah had a change in their plans and Chef Kerridge had to wait until 2018 when Kerridge's Bar & Grill in the Corinthia Hotel became the chef's first London venue (The Telegraph).
