My name is Steven Lee(20) and I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and then raised in Los Angeles, California since 1999. After I graduated in John F. Kennedy High School in La Palma, I had a difficult time to overthink about my career majority, so I become inspired by Food Network I watched during the summer. In fact, before I was graduated in high school, it was the beginning of my life that I have a passion for cooking in culinary tech class. I've been recruited by the Le Cordon Bleu instructor, Scott Storms. So I enrolled that institution and begin the class on September 2009. I've been learning every cooking steps for several months and I had a first restaurant career which I have been interned in Vinolio restaurant in Los Angeles. Last May, I graduated Le Cordon Bleu and received Diploma of Culinary Arts. Right now it is very difficult that I have to search for job for prep/line cook and hopefully I can find the fine dining restaurant I'm looking forward to and some advice.
