My first experience in this industry came from my mother. At the age of 7 my mother had started a bakery/ baking services business that would last up until 2006. After that I went on to enjoy employment at several local eateries as a cook. The next major step in my development as a Chef came when I was able to work under the tutalage of Chef Tuni who gave me the basis for my development and had me undergo an apprenticeship of European standards. After working my way up in his kitchen to become his Sous Chef I left the mentorship of this Chef and decided to attend college at the prestigous Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Ny. I attended school learned from some of the World's greatest chefs in all areas of the culinary industry. While honing my skills, I met my future wife, at that time a baking and pastry major with a passion for nutrition. Upon leaving school, I worked for 202 Market with Chef Chad Scott. After leaving there I opened Fedora International. |
