Cooking out of survival in his early years it became a passion at the age of 13 and soon became a career.
Surrounding himself with local food and wine prompted Shawn to start Artisanal Palate a premier catering company.
The company is designed to create food that brings passion back to the tables of his guests and clients while designing unique dinning experiences. Whether a winemaker pairing or his acclaimed "The Passion Experiments" you never know what kind of fun you are in for.
