1973-1976 start to learn the culinary profession /Chef apprentice at Strandcafe Heinzler Immenstaad Bodensee/Germany
1976-1980 worked within Germany
June 1980 finished my secondary Education
September 1980-1985 take challenge in London/UK at the Swiss Centre Piccadilly Circus as Executive Sous Chef in very busy place with 8 restaurants and shops more then 3000 covers daily.
1985-1986 studies for the German Chef Master Certificate Chamber of Commerce
1986 after taking all necessary examinations received Master Certificate from German Chamber of Commerce(1986)with Honor
1986-1988 My first overseas assignment at Senegambia Beach hotel The Gambia West Africa as Executive Sous Chef .
2012 Worked in my last position Culinary Director at Reef Oasis Resort & Sentido Resort Sharm El Sheikh
