I lack some of the skill sets necessary to being a great cook. I'm not naturally organised, and I'm a bit "temporally challenged". They're handicaps which oblige an extreme exercise of will to overcome, and honestly, I've never been that much into exercise.
Thing is though, I am a good cook, and I really do love food. That inherent ability in tandem with so great a love inspires a willingness to do whatever is necessary to become a great cook. Even exercise.
I'm gladly willing to work harder because I want to be so much better. |
