Chef Yehuda Goldberg is a red seal certified Chef, who has travelled to France to work for Chef Jean Paul Lacombe (2 Michelin stars) at Le Bistrot De Lyon, Le Baekoffe D'Alsace in Strasbourg, as well as Wiesbaden and Offenbach Germany. Yehuda Goldberg has also volunteered in Tuscany and Umbria Italy, while learning authentic old Italian cuisine. Chef Yehuda Goldberg has travelled to most of the regions of France to taste, cook and most of all learn each regions individual specialties, bringing back with him Provencal Recipes from the 1800’s, Lyonnais specialties, and family recipes that have been passed down through generations
