After sharing a meal last night in your memorable dining room overlooking the Bow Glacer and Bow Lake, we wanted you to know how very impressed and pleased we were with our experience. The service was terrific! Our wait staff charmed us throughout the evening! An unforgettable highlight for us was when Diana, the chef, came to our table and shared her technique for making the Dophinois [sic] potato dish that we all found utterly scrumptious! She made a gourmet meal that we'll be talking about for years! Delicious and sparkling with delightful flavours..mmmmm! We'll be back!" |
