Amateur cook until the age of 34
From 2005 to 2007 began career as a chef by executing the menu of "toro" a tapas bar restaurant in Beirut co-owned with 2 other chefs; and by running a home-based neighborhood eatery and supper club known as "Rima Rosita Kitchen".
In 2008 pursued a rotating chef training stage at Oleana Restaurant and Sofra Bakery in Cambridge, Boston
Since 2009, private chef and cooking instructor, focusing on mediterranean and vegetarian/local/sustainable cuisine.
