Hello,
In addition to the qualifications listed on my resume. I have considerable experience in most areas of Food & Beverage, including fine dining, banquets, catering and theme Style restaurants, extremely high volume fast casual and family style dining. Research and development, purchasing, inventory, safety and sanitation, HAACP, systems development, production schedules, budgets, projections, departmental scheduling, P&L’s, and logistics. Menu development, including, trends, layouts, costing, and implementation. I also have considerable experience with front of the house operation including POS, cash handling, alcohol service, promotions, both employee and guest relations, and service standards.
I currently live in the Colorado high country with my family, we are looking to relocate to the Phoenix or surrounding area. |
