I began my education in 1988 in Halifax kitchens during High School. After graduating Culinary I spent my apprenticship in Halifax and was very lucky to work with some very talented mentors.
I spent a few years competing on a Jr and Senior level in hot and cold salons, as well as individual compertitions accross Canada.
Very cocky in my early career i have mellowed allot and take things easy now. Many of you should too...be yourself, love your craft and remember were all in this together...
After a 3 year adventure as a culinary educator for Loblaws and AWL i have decided to go out on my own.
Most of my work involves home catering to smaller intamate groups and couples.
