Chef Matthew is a New York City native who has splashed onto the West Coast culinary scene this year. Operating out of San Francisco and the East Bay, Matthew brings his modern interpretations of the classics to your table. Growing up only two city blocks from the famed Union SquareGreen Market, he became well acquainted with organic, seasonal produce at a young age. After a decade of working with culinary masters at Michelin starred restaurants like Gramercy Tavern, Oceana and Eleven Madison Park, he continues to learn, experiment and innovate his unique cuisine. His inspiration, drive and dedication to hospitality are rooted in his “passion to make others happy and to celebrate life.” That passion manifests itself in the kitchen and in the food he works hard to craft and perfect everyday.
