Tom’s career began under the personal training of Phillip Dorwart, Executive Chef of Minneapolis’ acclaimed Table of Contents Restaurant. Following Table of Contents Tom moved to Beaver Creek, Co. and worked as Executive Sous Chef at Beano’s Cabin, rated among Colorado’s top restaurants according to accolades from Bon Appetite Magazine. Upon his return to Minnesota, Tom worked at Bennett’s on the Lake in Duluth before moving to Odyssey Development in 2002 when he was brought in as Executive Chef for Splashing Rock Restaurant. After successfully developing the menu and restaurant operations, he was given responsibility to develop a new concept for Ledge Rock Grille that features an open kitchen with wood-fired oven and chef’s table for four. Linderholm has full responsibility for Splashing Rock Restaurant at Grand Superior Lodge in Two Harbors, MN, Ledge Rock Grille at Larsmont Cottages in Two Harbors, and the newest restaurant which opened in May of 2007, Beachfire Grille at Trappers Landing Lodge in Walker, MN.
