Have been with Concessions International since 2007, and in the industry for over 20 years. Prior to eatZi's Market and Bakery, my background focused on hotels and fine dining environments including Nikolai's Roof at the Atlanta Hilton and Towers and pastry/pantry positions with CArbo's Cafe, The Buckhead Club and others. I am a beach bum at heart, and food and beverage is my passion. I am fluent in Spanish and English and can get by with French, Italian and I know a few phrases in German and Japanese.
I love all world cuisines and would have to say that my personal flavor profile trends to the bigger flavors of chocolate, tomato, garlic, chili amongst others. |
