PRESENTATION

I am a French fine dining trained Executive.

My first step the kitchen, I did it under French, German and Swiss Master Chefs.

All along my career, I had the opportunity to cross the way for some culinary events several worlds famed Chefs like:
Eckart Witzigmann 3 Michelin stared and elected chef of the century in Germany
Werner Matt first Austrian Michelin stared Chef with the Hilton Vienne and was « named “the Austrian Bocuse “
Juan Mari Arzak 3 Michelin stared in Spain and creator of the modern Spanish cuisine
Several French Master like:
Paul Bocuse, Guy Martin, Emile Jung, Antoine Westermann, Marc Haeberlin and many others Michelin stared Chefs.
All those Chefs give me the opportunity to discover new culinary technique and senses of details, that I used in all my culinary experiences all a round the world.

My entire career as expatriate is based on the discovery of new culinary culture, tradition with different products, spices and flavors, then to add them to my French Flair in a modern touch in order to surprise my guest to discover another view of the world cuisine.

During the years I gain the reputation to be serious, creative in setting up new trends, open minded, good trainer with my respective teams, in meeting the financial goal and open minded in leading multicultural team and result driver.
