Pam's culinary career began after taking some personal interest courses at George Brown College in Toronto in 2007 while practicing Clinical Social Work in the GTA with youth and families. She currently works at The Historical Distillery District while completing her formal culinary training, and this summer is a Stageairre in Southern France. Pam has a strong commitment to using fresh, seasonal, local and organic produce and GMO free foods with a commitment to supporting sustainable agricultural practices and seafood.
The Friendly Chef Adventures Inc., provides catering services, Cooking Classes and Therapeutic Cooking Groups, and Wine and Culinary Tours worldwide. Look forward to the launching of Chef Pam's new Bed & Breakfast in Tabio, Colombia opening in 2014 and a new Culinary Studio near Erin, Ontario also opening soon!
