 Chef Kathy Jaeger has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry as an Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Manager, College Instructor and business owner. She has over twenty years experience as an experiential educator working side by side with staff, students, and volunteers in a variety of hospitality settings.
Her creative abilities, managerial techniques and interpersonal skills are well balanced and she is a skilled and compassionate leader.
She has been featured in publications such as The Toronto Star, the North Bay Nugget, the Northern Business Journal, The Evening Telegram and The Scope.
