Chef Gavin Baker has a rich history of culinary experience, most notably from The Fat Duck in London, rated one of the top three restaurants in the world from 2005-2010. Chef Baker has previously held positions at La Cote Basque and Oceana in New York, Justin Timberlake’s Chi in Los Angeles, the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah, the 2006 World Cup in Frankfurt, Germany, and five consecutive Masters Tournaments. He is a graduate of the Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College’s culinary school. |
