Originally from Lancaster, PA , graduated from J.P. McCaskey High in 1986 and attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI studying Pastry Arts at its International Baking and Pastry Institute. After graduating in 1990 from Johnson and Wales, earning A.O.S. in Pastry Arts and B.S. in Food Service Management, I traveled, worked and ate away a summer in Europe, then returned to Providence to take a pastry cook position at Al Forno Restaurant.  I worked for celebrated husband and wife chefs/owners George Germon and Johanne Killeen for 5 years, creating and producing many great desserts and breads under their supervision. I worked for Rosie’s Bakery in Cambridge MA briefly as production manager, then to Cuisine Chez Vous, a family owned catering, based in Somerville, MAf.
 Returned to Providence in 1998 to open Empire, a new 140 seat fine dining restaurant at 123 Empire Street. After unfortunate
closing, I returned to PA where I started Sweet Infinity.
