 Executive Chef Benjamin Leblanc-Beaudoin has trained in fine dining restaurants and catering facilities in Toronto, Ottawa, Paris & Geneva. His catering experience can be attributed to his time spent working in Canadian Cuisine influenced kitchens at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, and the state of state-of-the-art Ottawa Convention Centre. His previous work as Executive Chef for the Grand Luxe Event Boutique has given him the experience to run his own business.
Working under influential Canadian Chefs at some of the best establishments in Ottawa and Toronto, he is able to create and execute a wide array of culinary styles for a vast clientele. His cooking style is heavily influenced by seasonality, his French Canadian heritage, and his work experiences travelling abroad. He strives for perfection in creating great food with high quality ingredients and simple but powerful flavours! |
