I am a Culinary Management student at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. My cultural background is half Italian and half British/Irish so my influence in my cooking style is an interesting one. I like to try new and exciting ways to present old favourites.
I also have an active interest in molecular gastronomy and am looking forward to exploring it further taking influence from such chefs as Thomas Keller and Ferran Adria.
I'm eager to learn and want to make my mark on the culinary industry. Some of my goals include: eventual restaurant ownership. One of my dreams also includes becoming known for a particular dish or method of cooking. |
