		The owners of the recently one-starred restaurant Colonie in Brooklyn Heights write to announce that their chef Alex Sorenson is moving on to open his own restaurant. Chef Brad McDonald, an alum of Alain Ducasse at the Essex House, Per Se, and Noma, will take his place.
