Under The Bridge Under Knippelsbro Bridge Copenhagen, Hovedstaden (Denmark)	A short term pop-up restaurant, open July 19 to September 3, 2017 under the Knippelsbro Bridge. Staffed by some of the sous chefs and managers waiting for Noma 2.0 to open in December 2017. A collaboration between Noma and wine suppliers Rosforth & Rosforth.
