- The Rainbow Grill restaurant was to close January 12, 2009, however, in the courts they received a temporary extension until at least January 27, 2009. The bar, banquet space and weekend dinner-dancing continue.
- The Ciprianis agreed to give up possession of the banquet hall and restaurant on Aug. 1, 2009.
