CAV Wine Bar + Kitchen, San Francisco (CLOSED): ChefDb: The Chef and Restaurant Database

CAV Wine Bar + Kitchen 1666 Market Street San Francisco, California	Starting July 2010, CAV eliminated its full dinner menu and put the emphasis on the selection of cheeses, charcuterie and standard wine bar food. Also, more focus was given to retail sales. Fall 2010: Retail side of CAV Wine Bar remains open only, by appointment only.
