René Bistrot, New Orleans (CLOSED): ChefDb: The Chef and Restaurant Database

René Bistrot Renaissance Pere Marquette 817 Common Street New Orleans, Louisiana	The original Rene Bistrot did not reopen after Hurricane Katrina in August, 2005, however, Chef Bajeux continued with a limited menu in a makeshift facility until final closure. René Bistrot reopened in the Renaissance Arts Hotel in 2012.
