 Steven Allen has been travelling the globe, honing his career since graduating from the Culinary Institute of Canada in 1988. While working a one year "stage" in France directly after college, Steven found his appetite for travel and adventure.
Having set foot on all seven continents and travelling through 65 countries, Steven finally settled down in Cambridge, Ontario where he and his wife Rachelle own and operate "Lily Ruth" restaurant.
Steven counts among his passions his daughter Hazel, who he plans on being his "partner in crime" while pursuing his other passion, fly fishing.....once she gets a little bigger.
