| Patrick Armstrong entered the gaming industry as a member of Casino Rama’s opening CREW in 1996. With over 22 years of experience working at many top Private Golf and Tennis Clubs, high priority functions , and owning his own catering company. He is extremely proud of attaining his Certified Chef de Cuisine credentials and believes, Its important to find the balance between work and family. With a busy family of 4 young children, it can certainly be challenging at times.|
Patrick still finds himself inspired everyday. His inspiration lies within the challenge to always venture the extra mile to attempt perfection.
Working at Casino Rama allows me to explore my Native Heritage and I try to incorporate the ingredients into my style of cooking.
His cooking Philosophy is simple.
“When it comes to preparing a meal, I start with one incredible ingredient. That inspires me and the whole meal evolves around the simple perfection of the ingredient. A yellow tomatoe warm from the sun, still with the scent of the plant lingering to the fruit, the intense aroma of a tree ripened peach, or the buttery texture of a freshly cut venison tenderloin."
