I am currently the Sous Chef at Dante restaurant, in Valley View, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. Dante is owned and oparated by Dante Boccuzzi, a Michelin 1-star rated chef, continuing my trek through some of the best restaurants Cleveland has to offer. I have previously worked at Light Bistro as chef de cuisine, where we were voted best new restaurant in Cleveland in three prominent publications. Previous to that, I was executive sous chef at The Leopard, a AAA 4-diamond rated restaurant.
