Canada’s newest prodigious young culinary talents: Chef Felix Zhou. Originally from Hunan, China and raised right here in Vancouver, Felix trained at Vancouver Community College and began his career on the critically acclaimed West restaurant team under David Hawksworth and Warren Geraghty. After further honing his skills at Jean-Georges' Market at the Shangri-la, Felix took to the road, landing in London and earning his stripes at Jeff Galvin’s Michelin-starred La Chapelle and garnering rave reviews at Roganic in Marylebone, a pop-up concept run by Michelin-starred Chef Simon Rogan. Felix returned to hometown Vancouver to serve as the Executive Sous Chef at Whistler’s Nita Lake Lodge. In his first Executive Chef position at The Parker, Felix is thrilled to be in Vancouver’s most interesting neighbourhood, Chinatown, creating unique, destination-worthy culinary experiences. Diners can expect refined, inventive, and beautiful presentations showcasing the best of BC’s seasonal fare
