A graduate of Vassar College, The French Culinary Institute and the Sommelier Society of America, Jacqueline Lombard Events began in 2003 when customers at the restaurant where Jacqueline cooked began requesting her services as a private chef. She quickly discovered that many clients lacked proper kitchens. Refusing to prepare her food in advance, Jacqueline began transporting cooking equipment to the spaces where she entertained in order prepare her meals on-site, restaurant-style. Her mobile restaurant was born, and today, Jacqueline's unique methodology has been adopted by the many mobile food carts and pop-up restaurants appearing around NYC and the USA.

Jacqueline is currently working alongside Executive Chefs Ralph Scamardella and Manuel Trevino III, as Sous Chef and Pastry Chef at LAVO Restaurant & Nightclub in NYC.
